CENSIL 265P is a precipitated silica powder in Sensilchem's carriers & flow aids family. The middle route. Takes more liquid than the base grade while keeping the powder free-running — the usual answer when 260P holds the load but the blend stops flowing. It is quoted on the feed additive flow & carrier, agrochemical carrier tracks. Specifications, the technical data sheet and a COA are issued per enquiry; the fit is confirmed on your own line.
Built to take a liquid active onto a dry particle and keep the resulting powder workable. The three grades sit on one absorption gradient, so a trial can move up or down the ladder without changing platform.
The base carrier. Start here when the liquid load is moderate and the real problem is flow and caking rather than raw absorption capacity. Widely used in vitamin and trace-element premixes and as an anti-caking aid in dry food blends.
The high-loading candidate. For choline chloride, organic acids and other demanding liquids where the target loading is the binding constraint and the powder still has to discharge evenly.
Run CENSIL 265P beside the material you use now, in your own system at the same loading, and read the dimensions below. We send a short test plan with every sample set.
| Test dimension | What to watch | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Liquid loading | Whether the powder stays flowable at the target load | Tells you if powdering is feasible at all |
| Powder flow | Discharge, packing and mixing behaviour | Tells you if it suits your line |
| Caking resistance | Setting, bridging or lumping after storage | Tells you the warehouse risk |
| Uniformity | Even distribution of actives through the premix | Tells you batch-to-batch consistency |

Technical data sheet at the current supplier revision with the test method behind each figure, a specification sheet, a certificate of analysis for every lot, SDS / MSDS and a use statement for the destination market. Sensilchem does not publish specification tables on the website; request the set by email and it arrives matched to your application.
The material you use now, the formulation or resin, the equipment and the target you need to hit. That is enough for us to say whether we have something worth testing.
