Where we add value

  • Bring liquid vitamins, organic acids, antioxidants or choline-type components onto a carrier at the loading your recipe calls for — and still end up with a powder that behaves like one.
  • Take the moisture-driven failures out of premix handling: caking in the warehouse, bridging in the hopper, drifting weights at the feeder.
  • Tighten active distribution across the batch, so mixing checks pass first time and rework disappears.

Grades on this track

Three absorption gradients on the same precipitated-silica platform — from a base carrier through a balanced middle grade to a high-load route. Which one fits depends on your liquid, your target loading and how the blend is stored.

We publish the selection logic, not the numbers. Data sheets are issued per enquiry so the figures match the current supplier revision and your application.

Reference points in this space include Evonik SIPERNAT® (SIPERNAT® 22 is the usual premix carrier and flow-aid benchmark), QEMETICA / PQ Flo-Gard™ feed silica, and W. R. Grace SYLOID® carrier and anti-caking grades.

How we approach it

Confirm the liquid components, the target loading and the customer's existing powdering conditions first, then match the grade whose absorption and flow behaviour actually fits. What matters is that the final powder can be produced, packed and used without trouble.
