In short: Tell us the process problem, the material you use now, the formulation or resin, the equipment and the target; we reply with a proposed sample set — a main grade plus one or two comparisons — and a short test plan. Run the set beside your incumbent under identical conditions, record the results in one table, and send it back. Fit is confirmed on your line, and documentation follows the grade you choose.
Write to nina@sensilchem.com or use the enquiry form. The most useful enquiry names the failure the plant sees and the conditions it happens under; a grade code alone tells us less than a sentence about the line.
We reply with the grade we would test first, the comparison grades we would put beside it, and the dimensions to read. If a track has a scope limit — inert carrier only, candidate substrate only — it is stated here, before anything ships.
Tell us the destination country and the use. Technical data sheet, specification sheet, COA and SDS are issued per enquiry so that the revision and the market position are right for your case.
Same system, same loading, same day, same equipment. Every how-to guide on this site follows that rule because every result that ignores it is arguable.
Incumbent in the first column, candidates beside it, one row per test dimension. Photographs of panels, trays or tubes carry more weight with your own management than adjectives.
We read the results with you: move up or down the gradient, change the treatment route, or go to a production trial. A typical first order is 200 kg to 1 tonne — enough to run the line, not fill a warehouse.
Samples normally ship within a few working days of the test plan being agreed, by courier.
Sample material is free of charge for qualified enquiries; courier cost for the first shipment is usually carried by the customer.
The material you use now, the formulation or resin, the equipment and the target you need to hit. That is enough for us to say whether we have something worth testing.
