This website has no user accounts and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We receive personal data only when you send it to us: by email, through the enquiry form, by WhatsApp or by telephone. That data is typically your name, company, work email, country and the content of your enquiry.
Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and operation of the site. Form submissions are stored on Netlify’s infrastructure and forwarded to our sales mailbox.
To answer your enquiry, send samples and documents you asked for, prepare quotations and, if you become a customer, to perform the contract with you. The legal bases under the GDPR are pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not add enquiry contacts to newsletters. If we think a later update is relevant to your enquiry, we write to you individually; you can ask us to stop at any time.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the site and handle your enquiry (hosting, email, courier for samples) and never sell it. Because we are located in China, data you send us is processed outside the EU/EEA. We protect it by limiting access to the people handling your enquiry and by keeping it only as long as needed.
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation up if you come back. Customer records are kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by commercial and tax law.
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to admin@sensilchem.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.
The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. Functional storage is limited to what your browser needs to display the page. Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the font files.
