Agrochemical Carrier

For local plants that already hold registration and run WP/WG/SC formulation lines. The material only improves the physical performance of the formulation — carrier, absorption, flow, anti-caking and stability. It does not touch actives, efficacy or registration responsibility.

Where we add value

  • Liquid absorption, powder flow and anti-caking support for WP / WG.
  • Auxiliary screening for physical stability and settling control in SC formulations.
  • Validation designed around the actual formulation type, recipe and process problem — no blanket substitution promises.
Scope note — this track is limited to physical performance. Sensilchem supplies inert carrier material only and takes no position on active ingredients, efficacy or product registration, which remain the responsibility of the registered formulator.

Who this track serves

  • WP / WG / SC formulation plants holding local registration and manufacturing licences.
  • Agrochemical companies with formulation labs, production lines and QC capability.
  • Customers who need to improve dust, disintegration, settling or bottle residue.

Grades on this track

The same absorption gradient used on the feed track, evaluated here as an inert carrier. We only run this track with customers who already hold local registration and manufacturing licences.

We publish the selection logic, not the numbers. Data sheets are issued per enquiry so the figures match the current supplier revision and your application.

Typical values for orientation only, not a specification. The current supplier technical data sheet governs for quotation, COA and customer testing — request it for the grade you are evaluating.

How we approach it

We only provide inert material support around the physical stability of the formulation. Look at the formulation type, the existing recipe and the real problem first, then screen samples against it.

The material you use now, the formulation or resin, the equipment and the target you need to hit. That is enough for us to say whether we have something worth testing.
