Functional Masterbatch Dispersion

For antiblock, functional masterbatch, compounding and film-additive masterbatch plants. Granular and low-iron high-purity silica improve feeding, dispersion, loading and the functional stability of the downstream film.

Where we add value

  • Carry antiblock and anti-adhesion functions stably into PE, PP and PET carrier-resin masterbatch.
  • Granular material improves feeding stability and reduces dust-management difficulty.
  • Judge suitability for production through dispersion, screen-pack pressure and downstream film performance.

Who this track serves

  • Antiblock, anti-adhesion and functional masterbatch manufacturers.
  • Compounding plants, film-additive masterbatch producers and plastic-additive blenders.
  • Masterbatch channels serving film, packaging and engineering-plastics customers.

Grades on this track

Two granular grades aimed at stable feeding and dust control in masterbatch production, plus a low-iron high-purity powder route for customers with tighter downstream appearance requirements.

We publish the selection logic, not the numbers. Data sheets are issued per enquiry so the figures match the current supplier revision and your application.

Typical values for orientation only, not a specification. The current supplier technical data sheet governs for quotation, COA and customer testing — request it for the grade you are evaluating.

How we approach it

CENSIL 165GR and 185GR come first for granular feeding and masterbatch dispersion; CENSIL 779 is the supplementary low-iron, high-purity route where downstream appearance requirements are tighter. Confirm resin, equipment, loading and target film properties first.

The material you use now, the formulation or resin, the equipment and the target you need to hit. That is enough for us to say whether we have something worth testing.
